The ceremony and reception will be held at The Diana on the Biltmore Estate. Please note that this is an outdoor venue in the mountains. While the venue area itself is flat, there may be stairs or steeper inclines in the surrounding areas. We ask you to consider this when choosing footwear.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Guests can begin arriving one hour prior to the ceremony. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will follow. We ask everyone to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time to get from the parking lot to the venue by either golf cart or foot.

For guests staying on the Biltmore property, there will be trolleys provided to events throughout the weekend. A dedicated lot will be available for parking and trolley drop off. From the parking lot, guests will have the option of walking a short distance to the venue or waiting for a golf cart to transport them. Ceremony trolleys will retrieve guests from the Village Hotel and Inn beginning at 5:00pm and loop until 5:45pm for their last stop at The Diana. They will then return at the end of the evening to retrieve guests and transport them back to their desired onsite location. Guests staying elsewhere will be allowed on property by referencing the Clark/Kemp Wedding at the gate. Please note that it will take 10-15 minutes to get from the gate to the venue.

We are hoping for lovely, late September temperatures for the ceremony, but expect temperatures to drop as the sun sets. North Carolina weather is certainly unpredictable and our venue is outside, so we recommend checking the weather predictions leading up to the wedding and being prepared for anything!

Our wedding attire is black tie. We ask that men wear tuxedos and that ladies wear floor length gowns.

While we have so many loved ones, our venue has a very strict capacity limit. All included members of a household will be explicitly addressed on the formal invitation.
